All orders are shipped via FedEx or Korea Post Express Shipping. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO or DPO).

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. Please kindly note that, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen package once it is marked delivered by the courier.
Musemond is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. In this case, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will file a postal investigation for your parcel.
Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and you may be charged for duties or taxes. Any customs duties or taxes that may incur as deemed by your country's legal regulations shall be borne by the customer.
As the recipient, you will be responsible for the return fees charged to Musemond if you refuse to accept a package for any reason.
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please reach out to us before your order is dispatched.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt for a refund. Pierced earrings, custom orders and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange for another size, please place a new order and return your original order for a refund.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount minus shipping fee to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 days for your return to be processed. You will be notified with an email when the refund is processed. We’re unable to refund original shipping fees or any duties/taxes incurred, even if the order is returned back to us.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we made a mistake. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping method that is available, which includes tracking.

Most of our pieces are made of Solid 14K Gold and Sterling Silver. We also offer limited number of stainless steel and plated brass pieces. The materials used in each product are listed on the individual product page.
To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend to remove your pieces before showering, swimming, exercising or washing the dishes. Safely store your pieces in a sealed bag when you are not wearing. Each person’s skin oil can make each metal react differently. If your item turn immediately, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for this reason. We apologize in advance. If you are susceptible to this, we recommend our solid gold line instead of plated pieces.
