Return & Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date for eligible items. Products accepted for refund or exchange must be in new/unworn condition, and must be returned in original packaging. Please email to email@example.com for return and exchange requests including your name and order number.
Items not eligible for return and exchanges:
- Earrings (for pierced ears) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
- Made to order items
- Custom orders
- Items shipped over 15 days of delivery date
- Items returned in damaged condition due to improper care and misuse
- Returns without our authorization or improperly sent packages
Kindly note that customers are responsible for all postage costs for return and exchanges. Once your return is inspected and approved, refund will be processed to original form of payment within 2 business days. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.
Before your goods are shipped to you they are thoroughly inspected to ensure they live up to our quality standards. In the event that your goods arrived damaged or faulty, please notify us within 5 days of receipt with a picture of the damaged item.
