    Arrived broken and was expected to pay return shipping

    The earrings arrived missing stones and when I contacted customer support they told me to pay $18 for first class shipping to return the defective earrings. I believe good customer services would be paying the return shipping themselves seeing as they’re the ones sending out broken merchandise.
    The earrings also feel very fragile. I didn’t even want to open the clasp because I was afraid they would break. Honestly I expect better quality and customer service for $200 earrings.
